The composite prefabricated water tank is made of stainless steel plates cut into the required specifications and formed by one-time molding and stretching using a 2500T press. After cutting corners, holes are automatically punched. The specifications of each module are 1m (width) * 2 m/3 m (length). The corresponding height is customized according to the height of different water tanks to form a molded block without horizontal seams, and each module is connected by bolts, eliminating the need for welding and forming of each module.

Product Description
SW Large module water tank classification
1. SW-I Type Water Tank: A water tank assembled from modules made by one-time molding and stretching of SUS304-2B stainless steel plates and hot-dip galvanized plates with metal adhesive;
2. SW-II Type Large Module Water Tank: A water tank assembled from modules made by one-time molding and stretching of double-sided SUS304-2B stainless steel plates and hot-dip galvanized plates with metal adhesive; Thickness of the water tank: 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm.
Advantages of SW large modular water tank:
1. Solves the problem of rusting, with a lifespan of over 70 years: The tank modules are formed through one-time stretch molding without welding seams, and assembly is done using bolted connections, avoiding intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion caused by welding.
2. Seismic resistance confirmed by structural calculations from reputable institutes: Meets the seismic requirements of the "Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering," with seismic grades of 6, 7, 8, and 9.
3. Hygienic: All components in contact with water are made of SUS30408 sanitary-grade stainless steel.
4. Energy-saving and environmentally friendly:
Labor-saving: Requires approximately 50% fewer workers compared to traditional welded water tanks. For example, a 50m³ welded water tank typically requires 10 workers, while the SWBDF tank only requires 5 workers.
Energy-saving: The entire assembly process does not require welding, resulting in over 99% energy savings compared to traditional welded water tanks.
Energy-efficient: The product can be disassembled, reused, and recycled.
Environmentally friendly: The assembly method without welding eliminates smoke and arc light pollution to the atmosphere and environment.
5. High strength and rigidity: Made from steel with a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa, with additional X-shaped reinforcements on the outer convex surface, providing over 3 times the rigidity compared to a simple convex surface.
6. Excellent cost-performance ratio: For example, a tank of the same volume has the same selling price, but a welded water tank may start to corrode within approximately 10 years, while a one-time stretch-formed and assembled tank can have a lifespan of over 70 years, resulting in a cost-performance ratio of over 7 times.
7. Easy tank cleaning ensuring personnel safety: The tank interior does not have structural members obstructing movement, allowing easy access for cleaning personnel, and ensuring both construction safety and cleaning quality.
Application scope of SW large module water tank
Suitable for domestic hot and cold water tanks, fire water tanks, underground water tanks, etc.
