Arc Rib Assembly Bolted Type Sectional Water Tank

SW--Ⅰ type large module water tank: a water tank assembled on one side by a module made of SUS304-2B stainless steel plate and hot-dip galvanized plate, which are molded and stretched at one time with metal glue;

SW--Ⅱ type large module water tank: a water tank assembled on both sides by modules made of SUS304-2B stainless steel plates and hot-dip galvanized plates, which are molded and stretched at one time with metal glue.

Features of Double-Sided Arc Rib Type Water Tank:

1. There is no plane interval between adjacent arc-shaped grooves and arc-shaped protrusions;

2. The adjacent arc-shaped grooves and arc-shaped protrusions are designed to be centrally symmetrical; the angle between the folded edge and the plate body is 135°; the thickness of the module is 1.8~5mm; the length is 800~4800mm;

3. The ultra-stiff two-way corrugated module is prepared by one-time metal stamping and stretching of a specific mold;

4. The material of the module is made of stainless steel, carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized material, stainless steel, and hot-dip galvanized composite material.

Advantages of super stiff two-way arc rib water tank:

1. High stiffness: The plate is molded into a double-sided arc rib shape, and the stiffness is more than three times higher than that of traditional large module plates;

2. No tie bars: subverting the traditional internal structure of the water tank and realizing no horizontal tie bars in the water tank;

3. Easy to clean: The internal structure of the water tank is simple, which greatly reduces the difficulty of cleaning;

4. No water accumulation: The innovative outer drum plates of the top and bottom plates of the above-ground water tank have no water accumulation at the bottom and bottom, and no dead corners.
