Its surface is smooth and flat, and it is not easy to attach impurities and microorganisms, which reduces the possibility of bacterial growth and further ensures the purity of water quality. Galvanized steel plates are often used in the non-water contact parts of water tanks due to their good strength and economy, providing a stable support structure for water tanks. The composite steel plate composed of stainless steel and galvanized steel plates combines the advantages of both, which not only ensures the safety of water storage, but also improves the overall strength and durability of the water tank, so that the water tank can operate stably for a long time in various complex environments.
Modular installation: Convenient and efficient innovative practice
The two-way arc rib prefabricated water tank adopts a modular design concept, which shows unparalleled advantages during the installation process. The box plate modules of the water tank are prefabricated in the factory according to strict standards and processes. Each module is precisely processed and quality tested to ensure dimensional accuracy and performance consistency. After being transported to the construction site, the professional installation team can quickly assemble the modules together with bolts and rubber sealing gaskets.
This installation method completely abandons the welding process of traditional water tanks. The welding process not only has extremely high technical requirements for construction workers, but also easily produces quality defects such as welding deformation and pores, which affect the sealing and structural strength of the water tank. The combination of bolt connection and rubber sealing gasket not only has a fast installation speed and can greatly shorten the construction period, but also ensures the sealing of the water tank. The rubber sealing gasket has good elasticity and water resistance. Under the action of bolt tightening, it can fit tightly to the joints of the box board and effectively prevent water leakage. Modular installation facilitates later maintenance and repair. When a part of the water tank has a problem, only the corresponding module needs to be disassembled for replacement or repair, without large-scale disassembly of the entire water tank, which reduces the difficulty and cost of maintenance.
Detailed design: the embodiment of quality and humanization
In addition to the innovation of structure, materials and installation technology, the two-way arc rib prefabricated water tank also demonstrates ingenuity in detail design. Reasonable flow guide devices are set up inside the water tank to optimize the water flow path, reduce the impact of water flow on the water tank wall, reduce noise, and avoid local water accumulation and water quality deterioration caused by poor water flow. On the top of the water tank, there are scientific manholes and vents. The manholes are convenient for staff to enter the water tank for cleaning and maintenance, and the vents can maintain air circulation inside the water tank to prevent odor and harmful gas accumulation in the water tank.
The outside of the water tank is also equipped with a complete monitoring device, including water level sensors, water quality monitoring probes, etc. The water level sensor can monitor the water level of the water tank in real time and transmit the data to the pump station control system to realize automatic control and alarm functions of the water level. The water quality monitoring probe can detect the residual chlorine, pH value, turbidity and other indicators in the water in real time. Once the water quality is abnormal, an early warning will be issued in time to remind the staff to take corresponding measures to ensure that the water quality of the water supply always meets the standards.
