Technical Parameters
The standard template block sizes of water tanks are 1 m*1m, 1m*0.5m, 0.5m*0.5m;
Stainless steel water tank foundation requirements: The foundation size should be formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of GBO2S101: the height difference of the foundation plane is <5mm, the size of the foundation should be consistent according to the size of the water tank, the center distance of two adjacent foundations is ≤1000mm and the width of a single concrete foundation is ≥ 240mm;
The channel steel of the water tank base is generally 10# channel steel, and large-size water tanks can be selected separately;
The material of the tie bars inside the water tank is the same as that of the water tank.
Stainless steel water tank 316 material
Another common material in stainless steel water tanks is 316 stainless steel. Compared with 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance and higher heat resistance, so it is more suitable in some special environments or application scenarios.
Corrosion resistance: The composition of 316 stainless steel contains 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel and 2-3% molybdenum. The presence of these elements gives 316 stainless steel stronger corrosion resistance. In particular, the addition of molybdenum makes 316 stainless steel more corrosive to some strong acids and seawater, making it suitable for water tanks in marine environments and chemical industries.
Heat resistance: 316 stainless steel also has high heat resistance. In high-temperature environments, 316 stainless steel can maintain good stability and has the ability to resist oxidation and corrosion, which can avoid material fatigue and damage caused by high temperatures.
Because 316 stainless steel has high corrosion resistance and heat resistance, it is widely used in special environments, high humidity, and highly corrosive water conditions. For example, in the fields of marine engineering, chemical equipment, food processing, and acid-base storage, 316 stainless steel water tanks are widely selected to store and supply high-quality water sources.
It should be noted that 316 stainless steel is more expensive than 304 stainless steel, so the specific application environment and needs need to be considered comprehensively when selecting materials to ensure that the most suitable stainless steel water tank material is selected.
