The application of BDF water tank products is very extensive. Do you know what problems should be paid attention to when welding BDF water tanks? Let's learn about it together.
1. When welding BDF water tanks, the back of the welding seam should be supplied with air in advance, with an appropriate flow rate. After the air is discharged, the flow rate gradually decreases. The cooling tower uses water as a circulating coolant to absorb heat from a system and discharge it into the atmosphere to reduce the water temperature. The cooling tower uses water and air flow to exchange heat and produce steam. The steam evaporates and takes away the heat to achieve evaporative heat dissipation, convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer. The evaporative heat dissipation device dissipates the waste heat generated in industry or refrigeration and air conditioning to reduce the water temperature to ensure the normal operation of the system. The device is generally barrel-shaped, so it is called a cooling tower. Argon should be continuously filled into the pipe during welding. When stopping welding, the gas should be stopped later to protect the weld. In addition, it should be noted that welding can only be carried out after the air is exhausted, otherwise it will affect the protection of argon filling.
2. The argon flow rate should be appropriate. The closed cooling tower is referred to as the closed cooling tower. The tubular heat exchanger is placed in the tower. The cooling effect is guaranteed by the heat exchange of circulating air, spray water and circulating water. If the flow rate is too small, the protection is not good, and the back of the BDF water tank welding seam is easy to oxidize; if the flow rate is too large, the eddy current will be brought into the air during welding, and the protection will also deteriorate. At the same time, it will cause defects such as concave at the root of the weld, affecting the welding quality.
3. The argon inlet should be placed as low as possible in the closed section, and the air outlet should be placed in the closed section. The closed cooling tower is referred to as the closed cooling tower. The tubular heat exchanger is placed in the tower. The cooling effect is guaranteed by the heat exchange of circulating air, spray water and circulating water. Because argon is heavier than air, it is easy to obtain a high concentration by filling argon from a lower position, and argon protection is filled.
4. In order to reduce the loss of argon in the BDF water tank pipe from the gap between the joints, affecting protection and increasing costs, tape can be pasted along the gap between the welds before welding, leaving a length for the welder to weld continuously, and the tape can be peeled off while welding.
